Dr. Mwangi holds an MBChB and MMed in Internal Medicine from the University of Nairobi. With over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience, he oversees all medical operations and ensures the highest standards of patient care at TM Aspire.

Ms. Achieng holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Strathmore University. She drives the strategic vision of TM Aspire, focusing on sustainable growth, community outreach, and service excellence across all departments.

Mr. Otieno is a certified CPA with 15 years in healthcare finance. He oversees budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure TM Aspire remains financially sound while continuing to expand services.

Mrs. Wanjiku is a registered nurse and midwife with an MSc in Nursing Leadership. She leads our nursing team of over 80 staff, setting care protocols, mentoring nurses, and championing patient-centered practices.

Mr. Kipchoge holds a BSc in Health Systems Management. He coordinates day-to-day facility operations, procurement, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure smooth, uninterrupted healthcare delivery.

Ms. Njoroge holds a BA in Human Resource Management and is IHRM-certified. She oversees staff recruitment, welfare, training, and development, ensuring TM Aspire attracts and retains the best healthcare talent.
